Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.
Reservations should be made directly with the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place through one of the methods listed above. Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 15.4%) or applicable, service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.
A deposit in the amount of $201.95 for each of the confirmed rooms will be due from individuals attending the conference 14 days after the room is confirmed by the Hotel but no later than the cut-off date of June 20, 2008. Personal checks, money orders, or a valid American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Visa, or Mastercard number and expiration date will be needed for the deposit.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place and is $29.00 per 24-hour period with in and out privileges. Self-parking is available with rates starting at $12.00 per hour. There are no in and out privileges. Guests may charge valet parking to their rooms. Self-parking fees are paid to the attendant when leaving the garage.

Getting to Chicago
The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place is accessible by O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway Airport (MDW). The Hyatt is about 45 minutes by taxi from O'Hare International Airport and will cost approximately $45.00. From Midway Airport, it will take about 20 minutes by taxi and will cost approximately $20.00.
